The March Correspondent
Soup Supper and Theology
Each Wednesday of March, as part of our Lenten practice, we will come together on Zoom to share in fellowship and explore the theology of the Rite of Reconciliation, better known as confession. We might not be able to actually break bread with each other, but each Wednesday we will start our meeting with one of our famous (and sometimes infamous) soup chefs who will tell us about one of there recipes. Then as we are all in our homes at our own tables and enjoying our own soup, we can share in some much-needed fellowship. After that, using scripture and theology Fr. Jeff will spend time talking about and exploring with the group different aspects of confession and how it intersects with our faith journey.
When: 3, 10, 17, & 24 March at 6pm

Episcopal Relief & Development
The February 2021 winter storm, which devastated communities in Texas, Oklahoma and beyond, continues to wreak havoc. The ice and snow are melting and power has been restored to many, but the region continues to deal with burst pipes, lack of safe water supply and uninhabitable housing. The US Disaster Team at Episcopal Relief & Development is supporting affected dioceses as they respond. Please donate today. Your gift will help provide emergency shelter, groceries, or other supplies in affected areas. Please pray for all those impacted by the winter storms and power outages. Donations to the US Disaster Response Fund will enable Episcopal Relief & Development to continue to respond to the winter storms and other disasters.
